The University of Surrey’s residences have again undertaken Advanced Showers installations in to both University owned accommodation and Housing Association managed properties. The second phase of International House refurbishment was completed by CLC contractors as part of a three year project installing another 93 units. The last phase of Bellerby Court nursing accommodation was completed along with Hazel Farms rolling refurbishment and the start of Cathedral Court projects which will be ongoing.
